I eat enough iron to **** out an anvil every 10 seconds so this never happens to me.

It's nothing to do with iron it's related to blood pressure. The correct term is postural hypotension. The word hypotension meaning low blood pressure as opposed to hypertension (high blood pressure). Iron is not a factor for high or low blood pressure. Also too much iron causes constipation so I doubt you would be " ******** out" the anvils, they'd just hang about in your bowel.

actually it doesnt matter if you have iron or not.. Its the result of your blood rushing over to your legs too quickly . when you get up too quickly when youre sitting down or laying down all the blood that was at your head to give it oxygen, suddenly rushes to ur leg.. therefore making you feel all fuzzy and dizzy.

All i ever eat is vegetables and **** , but occasionally i get this. Any advice?

Grains. You need to eat some food that has a lot of iron.
