SPOILER ALERT

The addition of the scarecrow as the Kangaroo Court Judge brings the movie full circle for me. He is my favorite character in the DC universe.

I don't know, the final movie was good don't get me wrong, but they still left out alot of good villians (Personally they even cut two face's movie time WAY to short, definitely did not get the time to develop him as much as they should have), and the ******* robin plot was so half-assed the whole movie wouldn't have been much different without him.

I really wish they worked in Dick Grayson as robin considering his incredibly interesting backstory. But oh well.

For me, this movie had one of the best villains but of the dark knight trilogy, it's the weakest in my opinion.

I really liked what Nolan decided to do with Robin. And I agree about the villain thing. When I first heard about the movie a year ago I thought Nolan was a retard for not doing the Riddler. But Tom Hardy's performance as Bane was ******* incredible. I also really liked where he took things at the ending.

I agree. And the fact that he used a ball-peen hammer and not a gavel was great.

i heard a rumor it was supposed to be Heath ledger playing the joker as the judge, but its just a rumor. I thought it was still great with scarecrow. It was funny how he was in all three movies.

Well, I think the Scarecrow was more appropriate. I just dont see the Joker spending all day at a desk.

He was dead before they even thought about a third movie, let alone started writing the script. I highly doubt that.

The Dark Knight Rises had it all wrong, it's not a breathing apparatus or a mask that is worn to ease the pain of a plague. He originally wears the mask to pump a very addictive chemical called "Venom" through his body. Venom is what gives him his super strength. I'm glad they included him breaking Batman's back though. :)

the reason that they changed it is because Nolan's version of the Batman doesnt include any of the supernatural type elements of the comics to provide a more nitty-gritty and realistic Batman. The mask may have had a different reason in TDKR but i think that Nolan still did a fantastic job

Am I the only one who payed attention to this movie? Nobody else seems to know what the explanation is for the mask as far as TDKR goes. They explained it, He suffered major facial injuries while in the prison. They constructed the mask for him so that it would pump a kind of pain killer into him contstantly to deal with the constant pain he was in. Which is why at the very begining when the guy asks what would happen if he took the mask off Bane said, he wouldnt die but it would hurt like hell.

Well, Bane's apperatus is not for breathing, it's just something that keeps the pain away.

At least that's what they say in the movie.
