...they punch it into the register; the list of all the items you ordered is right in front of him.

i know i used to work at that exact place. but i said it pretty fast. and it takes close to 30 secs to type in one combination for one order. ex. one burger cut the w/e, with fries and a drink

Shouldn't take thirty seconds... You should be able to take a persons whole order and send them to their table in less than that provided it isn't a large group or some indecisive retard. Chickfila does have higher expectations than DQ though since I have to do it everyday during peak hours just so that the line isn't going out the door, but if we can do it there, anybody at DQ should be able to do it too.

Chickfila?

I know of this place...

I eat there sometimes...

What state do you live in?
User avatar #9 to #8 - mortality (07/20/2012) [-]
Colorado. Chickfila is in most states though

**** . I was gonna tie you up and viciously and rape you in the ass burst into your home, **** on your dinner table, and say hi.

I somehow managed to drift into Delaware and have been eating there, so I was curious.

Can we cross out the second option and just use the first one instead?

Whatever floats your boat.

Understandable.

I work at Chick-Fil-A. If it takes you 30 seconds to ring up one meal, they'll kick you in the head, call you a retard and fire you...Unless the customer is dumb and uncooperative (like "hold on let me take 45 seconds to decide between american and pepper jack cheese" ) I could take a full van's order in about 45 seconds, and have it read back to them. I do agree though, it's quite rare to find someone working fast food with more than 6 brain cells.

like.. he started speaking backwards? Because when you have an order in front of you on the screen I assume it wouldn't be too hard to read it back in the reverse order of the initial confirmation
