A real AC fan would have at least rented the game when it first came out, or would have learned what happened.

Perhaps I'm not a fan, but enjoy the gameplay and story on offer?
User avatar #44 to #41 - Crusader (07/20/2012) [-]
If you enjoyed the story, which this is a spoiler of, then you should have rented it and/or looked up the story

If you'd care to look further in the conversation and look at the context of my language, you may begin to understand the lack of seriousness behind my words - not to say that it wasn't spoiled for me, but that I do not mind so much.
Not to mention the fact that I have already started the game.
Also, how was I to know that this was not about Brotherhood (which I have played and finished)?

Without scrolling down, you can see it does not apply to brotherhood, and can mvoe on with your day

Without scrolling down, it is already spoiled, and can happily (fake) rage.

Seriously, the first thing you see is "Yusuf" and a grave.

What did I spoil?

Let's do a little roleplay.

Imagine you've never played AC: Revelations. Imagine that you were excited for the story after playing AC2 and Brotherhood and you just met a rather cool character named Yusuf who gives you the hookblade. Now imagine that you left the game there as you were busy accumulating more games on the Steam Summer Sale. Then, using your imagination, think of what would happen when you stumble upon this post.

My deepest of apologies fratello, I wasn't aware..
User avatar #27 to #26 - Happybean (07/20/2012) [-]
It's cool. I always have the rest of the game to play. That's a whole lot more story! Yay!
And I can't stay mad at someone who reminds me of the manner of speech in AC2.

Sisignore, but I didn't mean to make anyone mad about this.

It's all his fault right? you should have just left the post when it was related to Assassins Creed, faggot!!!

I really didn't care for Yusuf that much.
User avatar #14 - JHoYouKnow (07/20/2012) [-]
I've played all the assassin's creed. Religiously. Why don't I remember Yusuf?
#15 to #14 - imanassassin (07/20/2012) [-]
Probably because you didn't see him a whole lot.
User avatar #16 to #15 - JHoYouKnow (07/20/2012) [-]
Who was he? Or, at least, what game?
User avatar #18 to #16 - Happybean (07/20/2012) [-]
Revelations. He is the main man in the Brotherhood Constantinople.

He was the first main character you encounter in Assassin's Creed Revelations.

Thanks guys. Guess I need to replay that one.

Out of all the friends Ezio lost, Yusuf is the least important one. Leonardo should be in this comic. He dies durkng the events of Revelation. You can read it in the novelization.
#49 to #45 - anon (07/21/2012) [-]
no he doesn't. it's said that both Ezio and Machiavelli go to France to visit him for weeks before his death. Leonardo DaVinci dies in 1519. The events during revelations take place during 1511-1513.
User avatar #37 - Crusader (07/20/2012) [-]
Embers gave me more feels than this
User avatar #34 - chuckstein (07/20/2012) [-]
I never cared for Yusuf. He was not very important to the story and we barely saw him.
It's a good feel post though.
#11 - anon (07/20/2012) [-]
Yusuf was the Assassin's Creed equivalent of Parthuurnax... for me anyway.. ;-;
