So wait, Kinder eggs aren't allow in the U.S.A? Damn I feel sorry for you guys, but I gotta ask, how in the **** would anyone choke on the plastic thing? I mean if you took a bite out of it I think you would notice "hey there's a plastic capsule in here!" The only possible way to accidentally choke on that thing would be shove the entire ******* thing, chocolate and all, right down your throat, or go full dumb **** and try to (fully awarely) attempt to swallow the capsule.

Americans are willing to sue over the stupidest ****.

"How was I supposed to know that coffee was hot?"

"McDonald's made me fat!"

"I injured myself breaking into that man's home."

The stupidest part, ALL THESE CASES WON

Did you hear the recent one?
"Nutella is chocolate but the bottle didn't tell me!? That's not healthy!"
Dumb bitch won a couple millions.

Cocoa is actually pretty healthy. It's all the sugar and other things put into it that make it bad for you (none of which are in nutella). That case really had no grounds...

It's not the bitch that won who's dumb, it's the courts that are dumb.

Sounds as bad as the anti-self-defense laws we have in Canada, honestly, if a guy comes are you with a knife and you manage to break his arm and get away, you end up getting charged with assault.
