well not directly like age of empires conversion, but still

the more gays linger around the more people will slowly tolerate them as an unavoidable negative to life
just like how people in major US cities can see muggings and other crime on the street, and just keep walking along with a 'if it didnt happen to me it doesnt matter' attitude

Interesting, i'll have a look at the page once i'm done watching an episode of game of thrones.

I myslef believe in some form of reincarnation, not from hear say(sort of) but from scientific studies of certain children who retain there past memories. For example there was a girl who lived in India who had the age of six found her old memories almost to hard to handle with the present ones. She led her parents and the scientific study group to wear she used to live a hundred miles away, even convincing her past life mother that it was her and talking about what they sold.

What gets me is that it's an international phenomenon, and not just normal people. Mozart himself had never had to learn how to do symphonys as he already knew how.

well all things are possible in chaos, sometimes souls of the dead are reborn into new flesh
not just for people who have lived good lives and deserve another chance, but also for the bad
ive tried to point out to people of other religions that people born with mental/physical disabilities are being punished in this life for sins in previous lives - people born deformed committed sins of the flesh like adultery or rape or murder, and are now suffering as being powerless as their former victims were powerless to them, and mental cases are people who committed sins of the spirit, like liars, traitors, etc, and are now mentally lesser so they cant do such things again

Correction: The more gays linger around the more people will slowly tolerate them because they see they are just humans like anyone else and deserve the same basic rights and respects as anyone else.

like everyone else
right
so if a normal guy on the street pisses me off and i hit them, oh well, they provoked the hit they just have to deal with it, but if a faggot pisses me off and i hit them, they get to bitch to police that me hitting them is a 'hate crime' and i get arrested

kinda odd how the same people who bitch to give gays equality are the same ones who support special gay rights above the normal man

Never said that, I hate that too, same goes for women and foreigners, want to be equal, but when you do something wrong to them it's a hate crime. That doesn't change the fact that your reference to gays as 'an unavoidable negative to life' is very unrespectfull. You compare them to muggings and crime. I don't see how gays hurt you or steal things from you?

i have had gays try to attack me,
i work law enforcement and the 3 most likely violent offenders are black people, drug users and hormonal gays,...all 3 just act and not think

last one i remember was some fag parked in a clearly marked no-parking zone yellow lines and all, i brought in a towtruck to shift him, he comes zooming over like sonic the ******* hedgehog, starts attacking the truck driver despite the guy being twice the fags size, then grabs the drivers truck keys out of the ignition and runs off so he cant tow the car

You have to remember that not all gay people are like that. It's just the same as regular people, some a crazy, and some are normal. You may as well take some water out of a waste dumped lake and call the sea a bio hazard.

well at the most basic level, the easiest way to avoid negative opinions is for gays to keep their private lives private

i dont want to see gays kissing in public or fags wearing womens clothing, just like i dont want to see people into BDSM wearing tight leather and whipping each other in public

private matters stay private
User avatar #364 to #361 - gameandwatched (07/16/2012) [-]
The "fags" wearing womans clothing is for quite a complicated reason you know. Perhaps you should research it before you condemn like the smart lad you are.

Also, why shouldn't we kiss in public? You people do, and it's not exactly OH GAWD SO HAWT for us. Is it because you find us disgusting? How primitive.
User avatar #367 to #364 - konradkurze (07/16/2012) [-]
ummmm i did mean that gays and fags are different
gays can act male, while fags are the feminine ones who cant (or just wont)

plus its overall better to keep morally backwards ideals out of public, on the grounds that humankind is a corrupt creature that learns to ignore negative things after time periods of being exposed to them
for already adult level people, its simple ignorance to wave off bad things, but for kids growing up it is a form of brainwashing that they dont understand the bad things, they just grow up and as an adult, tolerate them because theyve just always seen those bad things around
User avatar #379 to #367 - gameandwatched (07/16/2012) [-]
Ah, well i wouldn't use the term fag for that. A better word would be a transvestite.

And i dissagree, society is ever changing, just like how in one point it was morally right to have sex with a minor, now it's most definitely not.

Also if your implying being gay comes around from hanging around with gay people when you were younger, you're very mistaken. I didn't even know what gay really was when i had attractions for men, it is completely biological. Being gay isn't evil, and the idea that it is needs to be stomped out. Whether you like it or not gay people are going to born, just like handicapped people are, just like women are. There is no changing that.
User avatar #383 to #379 - konradkurze (07/16/2012) [-]
actually from what ive seen,
gays: dress and act like men
transvestites/transgender: dress and act like women
fags: dress like men but act like women

im not implying association causes homosexuality, no, im stating that association can cause tolerance through acclimatization, kinda like back when i hung around with a group of goths, and one time an emo came to join the group

we all hated him at first, but over time we just put up with him on the grounds that since hes not gonna **** off, even after an oldschool metalhead slapped him around a couple times, he kept coming back, we just got used to him being there

on the ideal of gay being genetic, it comes from mutations to the Y chromosome and i think the slow increase of gays is based on a scientists theory of the Y chromo dying off over generations as it slowly progresses to women becoming asexual

the y-chromo seems to be keeping a tiny fragment of the original x, making feminine men, and will keep more fragments till it doesnt break at all and only women remain

Well would it be so bad if gay people were finally accepted? Even if they are feminine, i know i am a little(not outrageously, just more emotionally en tuned than other) doesn't mean they don't deserve a place in the world. We are all born with this mind frame for the most part after all.

Sorry i don't know more about genetics, but the slow increase may be due to it becoming more accepted so that many more people come out of the closet.

if gay people could learn to control themselves, behave within more acceptable ideals, and wear gender-appropriate clothes, the transition for society to accept them would be easier

im sure even a gay male like you would have reservations about a guy 70 lbs overweight wearing tight short shorts and tight girls tank top so all the flab hangs out like rolled roast beef
User avatar #388 to #385 - gameandwatched (07/16/2012) [-]
It's funny, but what you said can just as well be for a womans rights as for gay peoples.

I would truly suggest researching up on tranvestites, you'll see that it's a lot more harder than you think in a sense. And yes, that imagery is kind of disgusting. We're not all like that though
User avatar #389 to #388 - konradkurze (07/16/2012) [-]
yeah not all like that, just the ones that are need to reign things in

being outrageous, hormonal, and all the other in-people's-faces aspects that the bad ones do are the reason why people fight back with anti-gay

i used to know a guy who i never knew he was gay, never talked or acted like it, we got along okay until i got the idea of taking him along to this goth nightclub i went to, thinking id turn him to the dark side by hooking him up with a goth chick, then after a couple rounds of vodka he started coming onto ME
after a few moments of drunken verbal abuse at him i just left and avoided him

but still....on the side of sober, if gay people could just live their lives without having to advertise their lifestyle, things would run smoother
just like religious zealots, how many people are sick to **** of hearing some old guy on a street corner preach christianity

I suppose you're right. I certainly don't intend of shoving it down other peoples throats. What i won't allow is when people are misinformed though, or are hateful in apathy or ignorance. We won't stop the stigma by shying away from it as much as letting the bigots have more cannon fodder by being outrageous about it. I think we just need to set people straight about it, and do the best we can to stop people thinking we're all namby pamby self righteous idiots which are always up in someones face about it.

Well, thanks for not being a twat. This discussion was fun.

well i make a point of discussing things and learning more, im not one of the trolls who hate simply for the sake of hate
i have likes and dislikes, above all i hate things forced into my face, and many on this planet are the same

now that i think on a side note, i wonder if the reason religious types hate gays so much is because back in the early days of the bible, it was the time of the romans and they were a very violent and fascist people who supported homosexuality, and since the romans helped kill jesus, they wrote anti-gay into the bible to spark people up against the romans

You know it wouldn't surprise me, same thing happened with witches and the like. Christianity came to Britain at a time of Druids and such, so it demonized them and rallied up the people who were stupid enough to believe them to slaughter them. Very sad, i can deal with some religions(wicca, Buddhism) but self righteous, corrupt ones like Christianity i find terrible for the most part. Specially when it comes to fundamentalists. You know they've even made a museum which talks about how dinosaurs were alive with humans!

< yeah some religious types want to believe in Dino Riders so much, to say humans and dinosaurs lived side by side 7000 years ago

That's a good idealogy to have, i find that being a religious person sadly doesn't usually help you on a spiritual path, people mostly choose to box themselves in with it, and what not better than a religion that always forgives? I think we should only forgive for what you have deserved to be forgiven. Then again you should never hold onto a grudge with someone, that never works well for any party.

So what's it like being a cosmologist? Does it have anything more concrete other than perhaps people mind frame and speaking to one another?

Also i'm replying to this one since the other one maxed out, also half asleep.

<---I'm sure you get the reference!
User avatar #403 to #402 - konradkurze (07/16/2012) [-]
forgiveness is something that has to be earned, if one has done something to wrong another, then they must do something of equal or better to redeem things

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chaos_%28cosmogony%29

more or less a religion about the origin of all things,

all things that exist throughout the universe are all parts of the same whole, scattered into every possibility of chance, everything was MEANT to be different and fractured across existence

this also includes the life circumstances in which people are born and raised and how they develop, as even people who have had similar lives can grow up to be very different people

i do feel its more concrete, as its not specialized, its all about sorting through the facts of life and making the right choices to try defining a better future
User avatar #398 to #397 - gameandwatched (07/16/2012) [-]
That picture is so damn awesome, yes it's quite sad really. I always think a religion should make you ask questions, not follow like sheep. Ah well, at least a good amount of Christians are good, i feel quite lucky actually i don't live in America where the bible belt is.
User avatar #399 to #398 - konradkurze (07/16/2012) [-]
yeah too many religious types think that sitting back and letting god be their pilot while they have a nap in the back seat, its the way to live

religion isnt instructions to live, its guidelines on how you should go about bettering your own life, the powers that be didnt put man on the earth to sit back and watch it pass by, the powers made man with the power to push forwards and expects us to do that as much as we can
im a Cosmogonist (follower of chaos) i believe in looking at ones state in the past, ones state in the present and looking at how best to push ones self into the future, making the best choices to improve the future

well im currently in new zealand although, im from east germany)

i can safely say, new zealand is a nation of angry rednecks, poor culture, poor education, some actually live by standards they see in american movies

kind makes sense why they dont give police guns here, sensible cops would be too tempted to aim in random directions and pull the tigger
