I do weight lifting, jogging, aerobics and eat healthy to look good and be healthy :x

Unfortunately, I have weak bones. I can't run without damaging my joints, so instead I just jog. Kind of sucks, but I can job for miles without stopping, so there's a plus.

Try tabbing (weighted), its a great kcal burner and the range of motion doesnt place strain on joins

Thanks man. I will definitely check it out. Fortunately, I am close to my ideal weight. Now it's mostly about getting toned.
