Egg- Healthy except for the cholesterol in the yolk.
Bread- Healthy so long as it's whole wheat.
Cheese- It's one slice, come on.
Bacon- Yeah... But 25% of OC has something to do with bacon.

There is nothing abnormally unhealthy about this, it's more healthy than eating a single hamburger from Mcdonalds.

Haha thank you but no, I did not come up with this sadly. I made it before and it is delicious though (with a few minor changes) before posting this here.

It's called "Over hard"

there's over-easy, over medium, and over hard. along with the others.

It's actually pretty good.
#21 to #20 - malros (07/13/2012) [-]
when cooking eggs its not over-easy so on. it is easy-over telling the person to cook it "easy" flip then let sit for ~10-20 sec. Also i was not talking about the way you cook it but the end result of the yolk being cooked. It would be very hard to cook that thing without cooking the yolk(although not impossible)
User avatar #52 to #21 - tenminutevision (07/14/2012) [-]
The end result depends on how you cook it.
easy, medium, and hard all mean how long you let it sit on one side before flipping it.

I know this because I'm study Culinary Arts in college, and have taken Restaurant Management classes in high-school(still college level classes, however.) And one of the first things we did was learn about eggs.
