My school actually made this book a summer reading option.

The funny thing about reading is, you don't just forget how to do it if you don't read a book in the couple months off for summer. And I'm not illiterate, I'm an A student in college.

Reading is not a diminishing skill, like balance or body control. You learn to read, and you'll be able to read for as long as your eyes work.

And colleges don't have summer reading programs, I was answering with the attitude I would have, had I been asked to complete one as a high schooler. What are they gonna do? Not let you in if you didn't read your summer book?
