this is relatively ironic because I just got back from the gym
and I don't go to text, flirt, look at other people
I have a workout set in mind and I accomplished it
my work to break ratio is 7:1 which if a set is 4 minutes means i workout for 3 or 3 and a half with a 30 second break
try that 12 sets it's ******* exhausting
so **** this bitch and all who think like her

that's actually an excellent way to work out, not only will the stopping and starting build muscle incredibly quickly, it speeds up metabolism for the rest of the day :D

It is. It's a combination of cardio-muscular exercise designed to sweat and pump blood to the muscle
I highly recommend it to anybody and greg plitt and rob riches side with me on that
have a kitten
