Let me get this right - When Europe's colour is blue, it means that every country in Europe has the blue colour in their flag?

Because that's not entirely true.

no it means that any country on any continent has a colour in the olympic rings-eg. Libya has an all green flag so Libya is one of the countries that has green, therefore if Libya was the only country with green on it they would still make green one of the rings. US, UK, Aus, NZ etc has blue red and white, but since all the flags that have white in it have other colours they don't need to make another ring.

Makes Sense? If not just say, I'm happy to explain to polite people
