Incorrect.
If we are going to be typing out the pronunciation of the words, they most stereotypical german accent would require that we change all w's to v's. The reason for this is that in the german language, the letter w (vay) is prounouced like an english V.

A german would spell it "sch" since that is the german way to make an english "sh" sound.
