To edit the channels after installation in Firefox (with Greasemonkey addon) configure a default script editor in Greasemonkey (google that) and then you can use "Manage user scripts" -> Options -> Edit this user script (on the FJChannelSkipper script).

On chrome it is a little ugly, but I don't know of any better way at this moment.
You'll find the script in C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Google \Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\1_0\script.js
The "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&q uot; the script ID. It should be "camaaaeklepkjffjiookkjabipiidofl&q uot; but in case you don't have that directory you can find the ID by opening the settings in Chrome, switching to the "Extensions" tab and enabling "Developer mode" in the top right corner. Then the ID will be displayed under the "FJChannelSkipper 1.1" part.
In this folder there are two files, manifest.json and script.js (which is the one you can edit using any text editor and just save it).

To configure the channels just edit line number 15 of the script as per this example:
var skipit = new Array("channel1", "channel2", "channel3");
and replace the "channelX" texts with the channel names you want skipped, e.g. "*************"

Fellow users of funnyjunk
As some of you may recall there have been many requests
for a channel block feature.
We all know that this would be a win for everyone.
People who don' t like certain content would not be "bombarded"
while people who do enjoy it would have to deal with less hate.
Since Admin did not deliver such a feature yet
probably because he' s too busy trying to sue Throath/ eal)
I now present you a workaround:
The Junk Skipper
This is a small user script which lets you define the channels
you' d like to skip automatically.
At the beginning an array is defined like this:
var skipit = new Array(" bendingtime“ "feels" "", "animemanga");
You can modify them, add channels etc. directly in the
script source code. Once it' s saved, all posts in those
channels will automatically be skipped.
I' d love to provide a fancy w where you can just mark the channels
you don' t like instead of having to edit the source code.
But unfortunately my Javascript skills are to low for that.
This userscript has been successfully tested in
Firefox 13 with Greasemonkey . 9. 20 as well as Chrome 19. .

For the Firefox users I' d recommend configuring Notepaper as
the default Greasemonkey script editor. Then you can just
edit the script (it opens the editor automatically) and as
soon as you save it the changes will be applied.
If anyone is more capable in Javascript and willing to improve
this little tool to make it easier to use, you' re welcome to do so.
Thank you for your attention and thumbing this up
for other people to see it (if you' d like).
Hint:
You might be tempted to edit the script so l automatically
thumbs down the post in those channels.
Due to the ‘Votes per hour" limitation wwould not recommend this,
since it may have a negative impact on the script functionality.
Also, there is no more need to thumb l down, you won' t really
be bothered by that content anyway.
Further explanation is available in the description.
