So he decides on beeinga jerk and show that crayon back in. Mostly to Lisa's dissapointment. Since she is the one missing his true self most of all. (Becouse for once she was able to connect with her father on her terms and intellectual level) So disregard intelligence. Manintain friendships.

I've seen this episode... but it is worth noting that he didn't get his job with the crayon removed... he got it whilst still very stupid.

In all fairness, he didn't have a flying **** of a clue what he was doing. He slept the whole time and he never read the manual on how the place works.

True, he avoided a couple of meltdowns, but only because of a few lucky games of eeny-meeny-miny-mo
