America sends millions upon millions of dollars of food and supplies to africa, but when it arrives, powerhungry warlords take the supplies for themselves, or they are never accounted for in the first place and they just rot on the docks so no one can use them, if there was a way to ensure that all of the aid countries send to africa actually got to the people it was supposed to, the problem would solve itself without us sending any more food. So the problem isnt actually distribution, because we send plenty of help, its just they dont have access to it at the ports. But yeah Africans not knowing what a condom is or how to use one is also a major reason why everyone's poor as ****.

Your point is completely valid. But maybe we oughta allocate some of that money to create new programs designed to specifically distribute that aid among the individuals who need it most.

How about we not send aid at all? Let's let nature take it's course in the third world

So your saying we should live by the rules of Social Darwinism? I'd like to point out that it hasn't worked out in previous years.

It's actually ironic, because an other of the major problem is not capitalism, but the COMMUNISM dictators in those countries!

then how come in the USSR there were still the rich and the poor? Stalin was swimming in dough but the majority was dirt poor.

cause that wasn't real communism, there has never been real communism, and as long as money and power corrupt there never will be

Most African countries are fascist or a republic, though. Communism is almost dead. I only know because I was in a hotel lobby and watched a documentary about those dictators.
