Actually, in America, it is.

Emotional distress due to harassment(Such as calling someone a ****** , which is supposed to be our right due to Free Speech) because of a racial remark is considered a hate crime because the victim is being victimized only because of their race.

In other words, in America, quite ironically, it ISN'T legal to be racist. At least, not openly.

Do you have proof of this? Ive never seen this kind of thing braught into a court of law,

You might be able to get away with it in the south.

I can't say that I have proof of it that you'd believe; all I really have in terms of that is that I recently had to deal with two patients for anger management, a black man and a white man, and from what both sides of the story tell me, as well as the court records of what transpired(Which I can not legally post on the internet without permission) all seem to point to this. "The white man called the black man a ****** . The black man sued on grounds of harassment, filed it as a hate crime, and won."

Well, there have been several theories that it is much easier to get testosterone to release in to the body for blacks than it is for whites. In other words, they are more like animals in the sense that they get excited about things much more easily, whether it is due to being aroused or being angered.

I think I heard about that somewhere else... I think they made fun of a guy who said that on the daily show
