your the retard, Quebec is know as the french speaking area of Canada still, over two thirds of the population in Quebec speaks french. I know because im from Manitoba, with is only 1 province over.

Just because they speak French doesn't mean they're part of France still. And if you didn't know, Ontario is in between Manitoba and Quebec.
