I am assuming that you are an English major, right? Let's think about this; your sentence, directly, was "Not as long as you." That works in screenplays and books wherein the writers attempt to capture 'everyday' speech. However, in the arena of communications, it is far less permissible to write with such a choppy, sorry, I mean 'hackneyed' style as you just used. Thanks for playing, you are the loser of today's game of Rile the Grammarnazi. Schultz, take this man out and have him shot.

Just gonna point out you do not need the comma after sorry. That implies you can take out the word sorry without changing the meaning of the sentence.
