So let me get this straight. There's a bridge that goes over water. Uh huh over water and it doesn't carry cars over the water, no? it's also filled with water and brings boats over water... Does anyone else see problems with this logic? *puts down red thumb ********* goggles*

Either 1-Rule of Cool
2-Because SCIENCE
3-One might be freshwater, the other saltwater, meaning if they mix, everything in both dies
4-One might be heavily polluted (Probably the top one, since it was built and all), resulting in the same horrible dying if they mix
5-It was built as a canal to ferry things more efficiently (See how straight the edges are?)
