.. They migrated from another place.. How are they native?
User avatar #62 to #59 - funnyfox (04/25/2012) [-]
Is anyone native to China or India? Technically, the only place we're native to is Africa.

But if your people adapt to the land accordingly, you become Naturalized just like if a plant becomes accustomed to their environment.

and to be even more technical Christopher Columbus never set foot in America. And thus he never discovered America.
#43 - anon (04/25/2012) [-]
yeah, it was fun in elementary school until you learned Indians and/or Native Americans discovered America and Columbus was an asshole who brought disease to America and killed thousands of the natives who actually discovered it...
User avatar #101 to #43 - fadetometallica (04/25/2012) [-]
Not to mention that the Vikings had been there thousands of years before Columbus from Europe if you don't count the natives. Also, Columbus thought it was India (even though that was obviously not true) for the rest of his life because he was retarded.

Really? The vikings were there thousands of years before Columbus? I didn't know about 500 years was thousands of years. When did mathematicians change that?

The Indians discovered North America first, they likely crossed the ice bridge connecting Asia to North America during the most recent ice age. And Chris wasn't even the first white guy to find North America, the Vikings got there hundreds of years before. And furthermore, the guy in the crows nest saw North America before Columbus, he shouted alerting the crew of the ship and then Columbus being the lovely person he was said he saw it a moment before. So no matter how you look at it he didn't discover jack **** . **** you public school.

Some Asian dude discovered it when he crossed over the land bridge. Neither columbus nor the vikings were here first. 19,000-22,000 years ago, people crossed the land bridge between Asia and North America. No documentation to show a name.
