i know people who constantly eat junk food, like mcdonalds, every day. they stay in perfectly fine shape and you wouldnt suspect a thing. they dont exercise everyday, they dont burn off all the food they eat... it does have something to do with genes, and also luck, and your metabolism.

I order a large big mac meal and eat the entire thing about 1-3 times a week, and I'm underweight. =P

I eat like a ******* pig and don't do **** and I've been a solid 180lbs (I'm 6'4") the past 5 years.

This. People who eat a lot but don't gain weight because of their fast metabolism will start getting fat really fast when they reach their 30-40's.
