You don't have to push yourself to exercise 3 hours a day, 10-20 minutes of cardio will boost your metabolism for up to eight hours. If you're eating salads, don't eat iceberg lettuce, it slows your metabolism. Not eating will also slow your metabolism, so instead eat a small meal or snack every 2-4 hours. It doesn't always have to be healthy, you can have your junk food, but eat it in moderation. And if you do end up tripping up on it, that is okay, pick yourself up the next day or even right after and keep going. Good luck to any FJers who are working on losing weight!
