Make a tutorial?
User avatar #6 to #5 - paopu (04/03/2012) [-]
i dont know, step 1) lightly draw original drawing
step 2) tap into the messed up part of your brain, then add onto photo.
step 3) shade shade and shade.
User avatar #8 to #6 - ilikeitrough (04/03/2012) [-]
....I dun know how to shade..
My sister got all the artistic talent AND the looks
All she left for me was an overaverage intelligence. You need to login to view this link
User avatar #9 to #8 - paopu (04/03/2012) [-]
its simple to shade you just scribble pencil on where you want the shadow to be then you take a tissue roll it up then rub the pencil marks on the paper, and ta da shadowing.
User avatar #10 to #9 - ilikeitrough (04/03/2012) [-]
Thanks you very much :D

Most artists i know consider that cheating. Practice applying varying degress of pressure onto the pencil onto the paper. Barely grazing the paper with the tip of your pencil will allow for light shades, just as pressing hard will give you darker shades.

Most artists you know must have really sharp sketches. I, myself, use my index finger when shading. Almost all the artists I know shade with something. Though it is a lot easier to vary the pencil's pressure... I just have a better time "cheating," lol. I used pressure with this one to make it more cartoonish, instead of fingering everything (lol I is punny)

But yeah. I dunno why I commented. Probably gonna get thumbed down because of irrelevancy. I just felt like putting my two cents in. It really isn't even morbid. But I thought about posting morbid drawings of mine, if I'm worthy.
