me and my girlfriend were talking about having le sexytimes about 2 weeks before we got together.

i still don't think that's nearly as awesome as her being a bigger video game nerd than myself

Well I wouldn't say that, because when you're friends with a guy for a long time, its really hard to see them in a sexual way or a boyfriend/girlfriend way. I've been friend-zoned by guys before too, so I think it's stupid that some guys say we're all bitches for friend-zoning them.

Pahaha. My story:

>Girl I barely know starts to talk to me
>Gives me a small present, says we should hang out more
>Incredibly beautiful but somehow not very popular, kinda lonely
>Several weeks of meeting up, chatting, unexpected hugs from her, etc
>She talks to me about serious issues, cheers me up
>Interpret these "obvious" signals as her liking me
>I ask her out
>She walks away
>Been a year this May. No response.

Women's logic.

You took serious issues and random hugs as signs of her wanting to date you? What the hell. Just gonna say it straight: That is ridiculous thinking. First of all, random hugs don't mean **** except a person being friendly to someone they are good friends with. Second of all, serious issues are extremely rarely something girls want to talk with (potential) BFs about. And finally, no response, uh, probably means... Oh whew, that's a tough one... It means no, sheesh. Get over it. Her logic is better than yours; Clearly she just thought you might be a good friend.

Same thing happened to my best friend (and me to a lesser extent)
My friend and i are both kinda losers at my school, because neither one of us really gives a **** about what people think about us so we don't try to act preppy just to be popular. So a bunch of popular girls noticed us sitting at the lunch table alone (our other friends just finished lunch, but they thought nobody would sit with us) so they invited us over there for lunch everyday for about a month.

I figured out they just felt sorry for us though so i stayed away so i wouldn't feel crushed after learning that they just felt sorry for us.
