Let me paint you a pictures ladies, since clearly you don't get what OP was getting at.

Guy at a party chillen, drinking, having a good time.
Girl smiles at him from accoss the room, he takes another drink for confidence goes over to her and start talking/dancing whatever. Shes drunk too. They start kissing (mutually) and both are into it. They go upstairs to a private room, and have sex, she is still saying yes, possibly because she is drunk, but so is he and the point is neither is saying NO.

The next day, she wakes up, sobers up, and realizes she cheated on her boyfriend. She claims it was Rape because she didnt like what happened. But the sad truth is the made the decision to drink, and to get in bed with the boy. In this situation she was not forced, or coerced, she chose too. like drinking and driving.

Can girls be raped? **************** . Was this rape? **** no. Do we know this is exactly what happened to her and she didnt say NO at some point? of course we dont, but from what I read, this sounds about right.

Red thumbs inbound, but no one on this site knows what rape is apparently. Reading through the comments, I notice people calling her a dumb bitch and other closely related things. We don't know for sure what happened. And unless she actively gives consent, it's rape. I don't care how much of an injustice this is to heterosexual males, it just is the way it is. So don't judge her on what you think happened. She may have very well been raped, we just don't know.

I was raped at a party at the age of 15 by a 35 old man who had 2 children and a fiance. I hadn't had anything to drink (I was being picked up later by my parents) and I was wearing a shirt and pants. I never reported it. Why? Because I thought everyone would think I'm a slut and that I was lying. Why would I believe such a thing? BECAUSE SLUTS LIKE THIS HAD MADE EVERY "RAPE" IN MY TOWN A ******* JOKE!!!

Okay I'm gonna clear this up for everyone since you're all a bunch of ******* retards;

Guys: No matter how slutty a girl dresses or acts, it's not an excuse to rape her. Unless a girl is literally asking for it (like with word, dumbass) or intentionally touching you sexually, unzipping your pants, etc., don't **** her, cause it's rape.

Girls:It's rape if you say no and the guy doesn't listen. It's rape if the guy forces you down on the ground and rips your clothes off and starts ******* you against your will, not if you got drunk and agreed to something you normally wouldn't and regret it later, or if a guy was on you and you were too much of a pussy to say no.

so both genders can stop being stupid assholes now

To the ******** agreeing with this.

Why the **** would you even TOUCH SOMEONE under the influence? It's one of the most despicable acts, to have someone make a decision concerning something so personal while they're obviously not in the right state of mind? Honestly, would it be THAT HARD to think, "Hmm, obviously this person isn't thinking straight or clearly, they might even be under the influence of something. Maybe I SHOULDN'T do something that could cause a situation?"

So woman say yes to drunken sex, not her fault.
Man says yes to drunken sex, his fault.
