the SLIM CAN'T RROD. it has no red leds in the power button. It can still fail, overheat, or break, but there's no red ring.

It's ******* amazing that people are STILL doing this **** from back when it was announced.

there's no RROD for the slim. I think the light just flashed weird, or it gives an error code on the screen.

You get "the red ring of death" when your Xbox get's overheated. If you get it your Xbox is pretty much ****** . That's all I know about it though, I only have a PS3.

the SLIM does NOT have red LEDs in the power button. It physically is unable to RROD.

Actually it's usually easy to fix a RROD. Mainly it is because Microsoft cheaped out on the the thermal paste so you just have to buy some, open the xbox, and apply.

Or save your money with a PS3 so you don't have to buy a hard drive and constantly buy batteries.

you dont really need to buy batteries, you can just buy a play and charge kit or a controller deck : P

But the 360 Slim doesn't have red LEDs. It can't get the RROD. It can still fail, it just doesn't have red lights.
