I enjoy plenty of things in life. However, I have no ambitions, I literally could not ******* care less about education, and can't even manage to get a ****** job at a fast food place or anything to live on my own. I'm trying to enjoy life, but being an adult is ******* everything up and all my efforts to fix my situation are fruitless. Eventually I'm going to end up homeless, and I'd rather kill myself than live like that. I can't find it in me to care about anything other than fun, and it's ruining my life because I don't give any ***** about anything else.

No offense, put you should not think of yourself all the time. Try helping people like working at a non-profit charity or volunteer to help people who need it. This may restore your faith in humanity and seeing someone appreciate your help is the best feeling.

I have faith in humanity. I said I still enjoy things in life, I'm just not in a situation to be an adult. Oh, and volunteering? I tried that, until I had to stop because it was making me into more of a cynical **** , because the people were so ****** /ungrateful and it was the exact kind of monotonous/pointless work I'd had nightmares about doing when I grew up, and it's the only place to freely volunteer around here, and that was my only method to acquire a recommendation for a job because no one will hire me, and it didn't work out at all.

I've looked at a lot of the other comments, and it seems that a huge ******* chunk of my generation wasn't prepared at all for adulthood.

We are the generation where most adults now are wealthy enough to hand everything to their kids without us having to earn them for ourselves.
