I know what you mean. Each sequence matches a different color on the light scale of which are red, green and blue.

I have a problem seeing blues and greens.

in html code colors are assigned to fonts, background, tables, ect... by the code "color = #000000" where each zero represents a color... hence "ff0000" means red, "00ff00" means green, and "0000ff" means blue... yw

It's hex code for colors. Whenever you choose a color from a color wheel of whatever image editing program you have like Photoshop or something, there's a corresponding code. White just happens to be FFFFFF.
