If you don't know your grammar, you're probably not aware of the error you made. As a result, you do NOT know your ****. And so this claim doesn't make sense. It's self-contradicting.

The example "Knowing your ****" and "Knowing you're ****" does detail the huge difference grammar makes. But in the sense that when you know grammar, you know your ****, it doesn't work for the opposite. When you don't know your grammar, you don't know that you're ****.

What I'm saying, is that it's ambiguous.

Well since we know our ****, and we know they do not indeed know their ****, we may bask in the glory of knowing their ****, and proceed to inform them so. Often.
Sound good?

Those with poor grammar usually lash out when corrected, they therefore know they're ****. :)

I've never seen it on here, but a friend sent it to me in email a few days ago. Oddly, after I posted it, I saw it today on failblog. So I assume it's making the rounds.
