The book really wasn't that bad... It was deep, and explained the basis of human emotion and how you can lose everything from too much greed and hate...The movie just overdoes the romance... the book focused more on becoming human again while the movie is just **** that the people in Hollywood want to turn into a second twilight. That, my friends, just won't do concerning this book of guts, gore, and evil creepy skeleton things that rule the zombie world. Read the book and you'll see how awful the movie made it out to be.

Crap... I liked this book. Guess it was to be expected. Since twilight made $$$, everyone who has a chance in hell will try to imitate and make said $$$. This book was NOTHING like twilight though. Zombies had weird floppy sex and the chick gets covered in blood to hide her scent. Also, zombie kids are taught how to eat a grown human.

ive read the book as well, pretty fantastic is it not. personal favorite scene is when they are in the airport bathroom passing some brain to each other like teenagers smoking a spliff.

Why the world has the need to grab something awesome, put it in Highschool, and add a ***** of sickening, clichéd love?

What's next?

Ninjas in Highschool falling in love? A Teenage cowboy killing other teenage dinosaurs for the love of the popular cheerleader, which by all defiance of nature, is a mermaid?
I remember when vampires were awesome, and ****** with the lights of the Krusty Krab, and i remember a time when the Werewolves didn't had the need to go around without a shirt, with a llama face all the time.

I'm waiting for the Teenage Pirate series, or even the Highschool robot, that fell in love with a human girl. (Can you feel it? Even i felt weird writing that last one... It's so possible it's scary.)

It's actually WAY more of a comedy then a romance. How about you guys read the ******* book before saying it's like twilight, it's nothing like twilight.

My main problem is the fact that these people are trying to turn these classic horror monsters into something they're not. Zombies are supposed to be reanimated corpses that seek to consume human flesh. They're not supposed to have emotions.

i can see how a zombie can get along with a blonde, considering she doesn't have a brain to be eaten.

There's a lot of other books involving zombie/vampire/werewolves and human relationships.

Some of them are written by respected authors, but then again, those authors kill off the other-specie counterpart or have them realize that it's not going to work out for the human and go their separate ways.

Stephanie Meyer tried that only to need some ... pizzaz to her books.

Anyway, this type of plot only needs to be contained to one book, not four, seven or thirteen.

This book is actually half decent. Its still a book full of tons of blood and gore with a good plot. There is lots of use of drugs and alcohol in the book which give it very adult themes. The movie will probably suck terribly but the book actually is good...

how can they make movies starring a zombie, when real zombies barely can grunt?

This could be good, a love story between a zombie and a person; that would have made us laugh and kinda look forward to it before twilight. If this has nothing to do with twilight stuff, which sadly it might. It could be good.
