I see so much in this painting...
The circle and triangle represents childhood and those weird block toys that were used to teach infants hand-eye coordination.
The X and O on the bottom represents love and the transition into puberty. The black and red describes the sorrow and pain that this transition cause, and the grey that the world is now colourless.
The red cross obviously signifies the health of the mind, and the lack of symmetry in the cross reveals that the health is poor.
Or, you know, you just put random shapes and colours into MS Paint.
Welcome to modern art. It sucks.

The square is governmental of the box we all live in and are restricted by in modern society with all the governmental restrictions.

The angle is about how no matter where you turn it seems all your friends have their own agenda and or angle.

The circle represents the beginning and the end of life. You also like circles...

The x is representation of your constant fighting with rejection and failure.

The upside down cross is because of the emotional damage you have received growing up because your family is christian and you are atheist and your constant battling with religion and your ideals trying to find who you are.

The grey blocks are the chains that bind you.

the black background is a look into the abyss that is your soul.
