I'm sorry, but Andrew Jackson was an anti-Constitutional ********. Why is he on the side of presidents "defending" the constitution? He should be on the right side, next to Bush.

Andrew Jackson and his Jacksonian democrats aimed to strengthen the power of the executive branch (despite what congress says) and attempt to get more votes from the "common man" .

As opposed to being for or against the constitution Jackson being the badass he is just ****** **** up and did whatever he pleased.

TL;DR: Andrew Jackson was a honey badger. Honey badger don't give a ****.

Ever heard of the Trail of Tears? Jackson forced the emigration of thousands of Native Americans out of the south including the Cherokee and Seminoles. The US Supreme Court determined that was unconstitutional, but he did it anyway. You know what he said when asked about the Court ruling? "Well what are they going to do about it?"

You obviously didn't pay attention yourself.

Do us all a favor and go look up Worchester v. Georgia.

And next time, be sure you're right before you insult my intelligence.

He kinda did whatever the hell he wanted... Ruining the federal bank. The Indian Removal Act (which supreme court ruled as illegal) , beginning the spoils system, ignoring the South's demands to lower tariffs. Andrew Jackson was an ultimate badass, but unconstitutional.

The Supreme Court deemed his driving-out the Native Americans in the southeast unconstitutional. You know what he said? "What are you going to do about it?"
