Talking is what parents do to keep from punching you in the face when you try to dismiss them with your "okay".

Contrary to popular belief your parents were children once and they know exactly what you are thinking. They can translate "Fuck Off" to "Okay" also.

I do realize that my mom was a teenager once. That being said, if she was speaking and I said "Okay," I genuinely meant "Yes, I understand what you're saying." Just because she always used it to tell her own parents to go screw doesn't mean I did.
