OoJesusoO (01/23/2012) [-] i loved this game this is how me and my sister bonded. this was the game where toadette was a playable character so my sister played as her and i played as toad and in the game they were brother and sister like us so we would ALWAYS play as them we were always a team and beat the crap out of our opponents. we recently played it too and we had a nostalgia trip anyway this game holds alot of memories :)

I mean, I got to play Spyro and all that other cool shit, but I would always go to my cousin's house or some friends house and they would play games like super smash bros or mario party or super mario sunshine and I was SOOOOO jelly! But, the PS1 was my childhood and I have to settle with that.

I did enjoy Phantom Hourglass, and it did have its merits.
However, Ocarina of time was far superior.
I got the collectors' edition for my Gamecube, and I played them in this order.
Ocarina of time(Hated because I couldn't figure it's puzzles out, Damn deku tree)>Majora's mask (Loved it) > Ocarina > Twilight princess>Phantom hourglass>A link to the past> Zelda 2>Zelda 1> Spirit tracks(Never finished).
At this point, seems that I'll never play Skyward sword, Or I'll wait until it's on clearance like the gamecube was and get it then.
And no, Ocarina to Phantom hourglass is like comparing Strawberry jam with Nutella.
However, Ocarina of time was far superior.

anyways, sounds like a game I should play o_o also,if you haven't heard, Skyward sword is supposed to be really good, but extreamly hard. like, my friend says you die almost every time you try to beat a boss, but it's a really good game. just wait a month or two. I wanted Rune Factory ToD when it came out, anbd a month later it was about 30 dollars, so Skyward Sword shouldn't stay in the high price range for very long.

partysorcerer **User deleted account** (01/23/2012) [-] There was a microphone mini-game on this game where you said fruit (Such as blueberry, strawberry, orange, etc.) and your friends had to stay on the platform in which the fruit you called . So just to piss them off I'd yell "QEWFIDKFJHBSCEWB-BERRY!" into the microphone and they'd freak out and randomly choose a platform. True Story.

LMAO. My friends would hate me cause on that one mic mini-game where you had to say the name of the fruit you had to stand on or fall through the floot and lose, i would just scream nonsense so no one would know where to stand.
