Obama doesn't have majority in congress. Republican congressmen kill every bill he signs with.

1. Kill every Obama bill
2. Say he hasn't done anything
3. ?????
4. Elect a republican

He supports gay marriage. He's not pro homosexuality but he supports their right to marriage and moreover believes that the government should stay out of marriage licensing all together. The man knows his personal opinion means nothing in the overall sceme of things. His respect for the constitution supercedes his opinions

One of the ad campaign is taking our troops away from other countries.
Problem with that, there's areason that our troops (our as in United State's Military) are in those countries. What ad? Forgot the name sadly, it's basically using Chinese soldiers being in Texas and setting up a military camp there as an example.

I'll be a great president. I'm pro gun, pro telling religion to **** off when it comes to politics, and pro letting people make their own choices. Plus I grew up poor so I won't be tempted by bribes because being president is more than enough for me.

there's two main issues with this:
1) that's not how the amerifat government works. if both the house of representatives and the senate approve something but the president vetos it, it will be brought back to both groups to try again. it goes back to the idea that one man can't single-handedly control the government in the way a king would. it would just need a lot more votes the second time if the president vetoes it.
2) this is all brought around the same time that Obama is running for reelection. If he by some means stops it, he would pull the same move that he did after the Osama assassination. "I killed him." He took credit for the attack despite the military masterminds at work planning and highly trained men who went into Pakistan for the kill
3) The NDAA of 2012. Granted, that bill is passed every year. It is what is says the military gets X amount of money and the troops should do Y this year. This year as some of you may or may not know gave a clause that allowed for the indefinite detention of amerifats without due process. As you can guess, this startled damn near everyone that heard about it. But when Obama threw his two cents into it, he said he'd never allow for it. but regardless, signed it anyways.
4) There's only one of two possible outcomes of this. He bites the bullet and signs it anyways. He refuses to sign it and basically ends his career because he would loose the support of all the democrats and media in support of it. If he stands by his word, the bill would get shelved and until the next president comes into office. Which is already known that most of the republican candidates are in support of it. All but Ron Paul.

I know it's long. and most of you will red pinkie. But i promise you it's worth the read.
Either way, here's a bit of OC i made of Ron Paul. Enjoy

the point of Obama saying he wont support it is to do what has been done, tell everyone he doesnt like the bill changes a lot of people's minds and get enough support against the bill. i think almost all of us know that he can't singlehandedly stop the bill

Just look at Obama's past, he said that he would take troops home. He lied okay thats one. Oh he lied again about bringing the troops home. Also when the NDAA was written Obama said he would veto the bill, but he went on and signed it. Now the NDAA will be voted on in november. He says if the bill is passed he wouldn't use it on amerifat citizens, think about this. When Obama says he won't do something, he will. If he says his intentions are doing it, he doesnt follow through. Just look at Obamas job act, it was a complete ****** to try and restore amerifat jobs. He also bombed a lot of middle eastern cities and countries. Obomber is not the way

It's pretty obvious that Obama can't stop the bill on his own if the support of the Senate and Congress is unrelenting (2/3). The only problem is, with how much people have come out of the woodwork to show their hatred for this bill, its shocked some senators to back down to find that even other major corporations, such as google, which may very well be on its way to trumping IBM, Microsoft, and Apple combined, to turn their heads against SOPA.

As for Ron Paul, it can very well be easily stated that he's just saying that to get elected. He has the same hype that Obama had when he was being elected, and look at how that turned out (then again, to an extent our other option probably would've been no better).

It's all a matter of word from mouth now, the only deciding factor in this is where the pen goes on the paper. Obama has signed in laws that he claimed to oppose before, like the Patriot Act, but this one has a legitimate opposing force against it that's bigger than any analyst could foresee.

Early numbers are saying that the House couldn't pass SOPA over the 66% veto limit. If Obama vetoes the bill, it is highly unlikely that its supporters can rally the margin needed to override his decision, and the bill would die. additionally,y the support of the president is still worth something to Congressmen, and even just by saying he opposes the bill, Obama has won votes against it.
