It is weed mixed with toasted tobacco. something usually done in europe, as the weed there is quite strong, which is why they dont smoke it pure. Some of the biggest highs I have had has been with european weed mixed with tobacco. Im american, where we usually smoke it pure, but the weed is just in a completely different league in europe. It is especially skunk and not pot they mix with tobacco.

normally in the UK we mix it as it burns better with tabacco and gives you a nicer high, the weed in the UK is normally homegrown or from central europe and its too strong to smoke by itself but you can't roll a full joint pure with it. get me ?:P
