Skyrim, Oblivion reference

Yes, that' s right. That annoying little **** who
followed you everywhere turned out to be part of
the Dark Brotherhood and slit your Oblivion
character' s throat. How does that make you feel?

Except that Oblivion takes place 200 years before this occured, the end of the 3rd era. The date on the journal entry is 4E (Fourth Era) 187, or 187 years after the events of the Oblivion Crisis took place.

Nice try though.

You wanna know who I hated in the shivering isles? That little annoying ****** that always asked for sweet rolls. I wanted to rip his nuts off.

This is not true, because in Oblivion you play in the Third Era, that diary entry says 4E so it is in fact a different grand champion that he kills, and not your character from Oblivion.

Too bad I killed him first

MFW when I started realizing Cicero was going to be the one who was gonna bring the Night Mother to the Sanctuary.

Only... the adoring fan was a Bosmer.. and Cicero is actually an Imperial. It'd be an excellent end for the Oblivion character, if it wasn't for the gaping plot hole. Surely with all the trickery and smite of fighting Daedric overlords, the saviour of Cyrodill would notice a pair of fake ears and rad hair wig. I mean I know the face sculptor of the ragged flagon is a woman of many talents, but racial morphing just wasn't something she ever tapped into!

Wrong. Oblivion was 200 years before Skyrim. Cicero wouldn't be alive.

That, and my character killed him and went on to become Sheogorath, and appeared in Skyrim.

Its Funny. But like ol dude said. U dont kno what kind of lifespan we talkin here. People could live for centuries for all we kno. But thats not tru. Because your hero in oblivion becomes the daedric god sheogorath

Cicero could not be the adoring fan because the adoring fan was an elf Cicero is an imperial.

Meh.. I just killed him...

The other anon is right on the money, 4E 187 is 187 years after the events in Oblivion. Although the adoring fan is referenced, it is not the same adoring fan and it is not you who is killed. Deal with it.

Joke's on him, I killed the fan as soon as he ran up to me.

Except that this is just a reference. 4E 187 is 187 years after oblivion
