I just use tweezers and violently rip out every signification of clogged pours, pimples, blemishes, and what so ever. The blood that will ooze, i just get a thick pad of toilet paper and wet it on my face. Let it sit for a while. There can some times be a mini crate, but after a night, the crate will sink and the spot will seem a little more unnoticeable.
What i do now is just try to get a good intake of all nutrient, with plenty of water. My face is starting to clear slowly. Every now and then 2 or 3 will come up, but i either leave it alone or break it if it's big.
