666 isn't the mark of the beast.
And it doesn't signify anything to do with Satan.
That's a common misconception.

Interestingly enough, the newest version of the bible says that it's actually 616, not 666. Just another example of how unreliable the past of the bible really is.

Falsifying a certain religion is completely ignorant unless you have background knowledge. I've read the bible twice and I still read today. Therefore, 'Thesmartatheist" - I am solid in my decision, yet thoughtful knowing of the other. (:

i was unaware that being an atheist required falsifying christianity, so i assume you're just doing it out of spite? i myself am an atheist, but haven't read the bible, quran, or any other religious text fully. i don't understand the need to put down or find flaw in other's beliefs to justify my own. just sayin' X)

I'm an atheist because of Christianity, didn't specify that before. I don't think becoming an atheist would be fair unless I had the evidence. As for other religions, well that's irrelevant to my life, atm. I feel the need to justify the Christians who tell me I'm and abomination, or telling me I'm going to hell (Judgmental much?) I don't study for the sole reason to attack that religion, it's more like self-defense.

fair enough. i'm more used to the in-your-face kind of atheist telling the christians they're abominations, believe it or not... thank you for your time though, good sir, and have a few thumbs

Are you ******* retarded. Latin obviously has a U in it you retards. Here are some of my Latin translation notes from school: "Cornelius ancillis signum dat. Primum aqua ab ancillis portatur at convivae manus lavant. Dum hoc faciunt, omnibues convivis mulsum datur." They pronounce V's like we pronounce W's and thats the only thing that might relate to this.

Ecce Romani II. Nice. Something about Cornelius and his slave women. You're probably in a higher year.
