All of those SENSES are actually covered under sense of touch. We feel all of those. Even the balance one. You can choose to split them up, but they all go in the same category.

i like to think that the knowing where your touching with your body is a bit seperate since if you have your eyes closed and you touch your nose with your middle finger how do you know for sure its not any other finger than the middle seeing as you know because of the fingers position and touch not just touch

I mean, if you think about it, it's really just the nerves in your skin reacting to the air, or feeling our muscles move. They give it a name because it should have a name. To call it it's own sense is what I'm really debating, since no matter how you slice it, you're FEELING where your body parts are.

i think that's just simple memory. you remember where your nose is in space without having to see it. like you know where your house is, you might not see it at some points but you can remember where it is.
