Well they did have rockets of that sort I don't know if it was an RPG however I think that is a flamethrower...Maybe?

the russians developed the rpg-1 AFTER ww2 by studying the panzerfaust, and improving it, the panzerfaust was a recoiless rifle, the russians changed the design to a rocket

They had bazookas, and the German version panzershreck as well as disposable rpgs like panzerfausts.

spelling may be wrong but RPG-7 in WWII? no.
