That ************ was some fat blond prick that kicked in the bathroom stall while I was in it, more than once chased me around the playground with promise of a foot to my ribs, and a posse of every single individual black kid in the school.

Every time I'd either fight back or try and turn him in, the ******* vice principle who I always got sent to said some variation of, "You were asking for it, you need to stop being yourself." He moved or something after 5th grade but that bitch stayed with be through until the end of sophomore year. The last thing she did before she left, she confiscated a nerf gun I brought for Neon day to rev up during the assembly.

I actually kind of believe the "bully's" story.

When the "Victim" was telling his story, I can't help but notice that little smile on his face. That kind of smile that tells me that he's thinking "Yeah if i say that i was innocent and i was just standing there, the people will believe my story and they won't like him even more"
User avatar #39 to #32 - egosumproxi ONLINE (09/28/2013) [-]
On the other hand, how relieved would you be if you just handed your former bully his ass? It would be like a weight has been lifted. That's how I felt when I finally got separate classes from the pricks who used to give me trouble in class.

no matter how you look at it the way the fatass takes those punches give me no reason to believe hes a bully. I mean what type of bully wouldnt retaliate after the first punch. I mean it took him like 3 or 4 punches before he snapped.

does anyone know the full story? who knows the extent to which casey was bullied? i certainly don't, so i'm not about to condemn this kid because i want to believe the prettier story of a bully victim fighting back and becoming an internet hero. it was hard to judge this situation back when this thing went viral, and it still is.

kids are ******* idiots, they always have been, i know i was, but that's just part of being a kid. the difference here is that this kid received death threats, i wouldn't be surprised if he's gonna be messed up by this well into his adult years. so i pity him, because whatever he did, it wasn't deserving of what he got. i'm sure he learnt his lesson, but the relentless hate of millions of people around the world was overkill.
User avatar #28 to #10 - IamSofaKingdom (09/28/2013) [-]
In highschool a kid decided he was going to punch another kid but when he threw his fist the other kid caught it. After he caught the punch he hit the first kid in the face and he was the one that got in trouble for actually punching the kid first....

The problem isn't the administration, the problem is the past. Plenty of families have sued schools for not "properly protecting" their child, even if it is the case that the child was the instigator them self.

School administrations take on a "zero tolerance" rule as a means of self-preservation. Legally their standpoint is that they don't condone any violence, whereas if they were to try and litigate every fight and find out who was the aggressor they would technically side with one of two violent parties.

Basically, it comes down to people in general being ********* .

I feel ya man, I was in 6th grade at the time and these 4 kids would always pick on me and hit me and **** I kept telling the Office (principle and the rest) if you don't do something I'm going to defend myself, sure enough they do absolutely nothing. A few weeks pass and nothing has changed and then one of them grabs my school bag runs down to the field and throw's it over the fence onto the train tracks, so that's the point when I snap, I punch him in the face about 6-7 times his friends come to see their friend bleeding on the ground and ran to call the lunch mothers. In the end I got a 3 week suspension and the kids basically got away with throwing my bag on the tracks and it getting hit by a train but in the end I still got the satisfaction of punching his smug face and him being afraid of me all through out high school

Well after my suspension it was almost the end of the year so nothing really happened afterwards just the daily "Go **** yourself" and so on so forth but I do remember something about the school getting in a lot of trouble for allowing things like this to happen in the school yard so afterwards they hired a lot of lunch mothers and cut the yard in half
User avatar #118 to #22 - mistafishy (09/28/2013) [-]
That blows big time.

Schools these days are just such **** man. One kid does something that the administrators ignore until it's a huge deal, bust that kid and punish everyone without investigating or listening.
User avatar #24 to #11 - Crusader (09/28/2013) [-]
That's why you show no mercy.

Kid in shop class kept bugging me, so finally one day I snapped, choked him out and went to the office for my punishment.

I hate this crap that teachers and "professionals" deal out where they go "I don't care, say sorry and be friends" when you don't want to be friends, you just want to be left alone and the other person now has a reason
#36 to #24 - ainise (09/28/2013) [-]
Eh, honestly deal with their parents. You'll have to 90% of the time anyways.

I had an instance on the bus where this kid would trip me, poke fun, ya'know basic bullying stuff. Well, I had just learned self defense from my dad earlier that summer... Needless to say, an uppercut to the jaw, and we both got suspended from the bus.

His dad thanked me, punished the kid, and we were friends a couple weeks later. We stayed friends til I moved. In hindsight, he was probably taking out his angers on others because he lost his mom to cancer, alienated all his friends..ya'know, normal bully back story stuff.

The point of "sorry and be friends" isn't to never get into a fight. No one can go through life without disagreements, arguments, and occasional violence. However, the point of "say sorry and be friends" is to teach kids to not hold grudges. Granted even most teachers don't ******* get that, and do stupid **** afterwards like constantly pair them up... but still, it does have a reason.

When I was in high school I used to end up next to this really annoying kid in my English class who always used to try to steal my pens and stuff. One day I caught him by the wrist put my other hand on his elbow, pushed forward, and pinned him to the desk next to mine about two meters from the teacher. I had him like that, putting just enough pressure on to cause pain, for about 30 seconds while I told him to stop trying to steal my **** before the teacher said anything, and when he did he just said to let him go and that was the last of it.
User avatar #126 to #11 - thephantur (09/28/2013) [-]
I was lucky and my school system was extremely fair. I was always the good kid so they took my side when I snapped. Believed every word I said and just suspended the kids on the spot.

User avatar #37 to #18 - egosumproxi ONLINE (09/28/2013) [-]

and again, it's all opinion.
User avatar #105 to #90 - egosumproxi ONLINE (09/28/2013) [-]
What? I was agreeing with you. Unless I misunderstood you.

When I have a kid I will teach him/her the importance of patience in these situations, and then I will teach them the importance setting a limit where they should hold their ground and not let themselves be pushed any further, or push back.

My dad taught me never to start fight, to end them quick by whatever means if I was backed into a corner, and never raise the stakes unless I was sure I could handle the same back. So when I learnt what I was capable of in primary school, to be honest it frightened me a little. After that I let myself be pushed and rarely pushed back. A couple of times I had a chance to escape the ******** and not be the target, but I saw that it just be someone else if it wasn't me, and I made myself a target again by sticking up for them because of it. That was the only time I pushed back.
In high school I sacrificed my self respect for the sake of complete asses and it's one of the biggest regrets I have about that time. I regret not making a swift stroke to someone's knee with a ball peen hammer in metalwork class when this utter dickhead would pretend to sodomise me with any phallic object the teacher would trust him with, no matter what I was doing at the time. Or when someone took a blowtorch and melted a hole in something I spent a week trying to make after I missed a day of school. Or turn around and deck the kid who used to sit behind me in English class and call me a faggot every lesson who also happened to be the smallest kid in our grade. I let a kid 3 years younger than me get me in a headlock at work and make out like he was going to break my neck because I knew if I got violent with the little jackass I wasn't sure where I would stop. When I think of what I let these people get away with I hate myself, and what I became because of it depresses me.

So if you meant that when you are harassed constantly you should crack some heads I emphatically agree.

that's not relevant to this situation because "fapping" doesn't affect anyone but yourself. Bulling a fat kid incessantly for years and stripping his confidence so he cant have any friends or a happy life to the point he tries to kill himself obviously affects someone else.
