wow, that's a really efficient trampoline. He more or less walks off the ledge, so hes not adding any energy that way, and when he comes back up his torso is only about a foot lower.

but...but physics.
if you hit a surface at an angle with enough force to bounce (even if it's a trampoline) you continue in the same direction except with an added arc.
and due air resistance you wouldn't bounce back to the original height without add a bit of force at the bottom.

air resistance is always an opposing force while gravity does increase his velocity as he falls it decreases his velocity at the same rate as he rises. therefore since he ends at the same height he started at the effect of gravity is 0.
tl;dr: gravity didn't do ****

Look closely at it, the trampoline looks like it's tilted a bit so that they bounce straight back up.
