I have that gate too and if that lady in the content would've closed it properly the dogs wouldn't have gotten out.

THATS AN AWESOME NAME FOR A DOG! Dude may I name my future dog in his honor?

I'm sorry m8. I tell this to all the people who have had recent losses and it seems to help so here goes:
Whenever you think of them, always think about the good things. It will make you cry but that is a good thing. You crying means you miss those good times with your dog and at least you still have some humanity left in you. When you think only about the good memories, you'll live on in your life with those good memories rather than bad ones. And if you still cry by then, it just means you were great friends. Please don't blame yourself for their death and instead, just remember the good times you've had and you'll be happy.

what an awful design. A kid could easily open that

I have that kind of gate, and she didnt close it all the way. The gray handle snaps under the red part, which is held in place with a spring. It actually is kind of hard to open.
User avatar #27 to #26 - curtkobain (08/16/2013) [-]
it just looks like you lift it up. If you have a tall enough kid or a smart enough one I feel like they'd open it.
User avatar #43 to #27 - burtgasm (08/16/2013) [-]
you dont, you have to pull the red piece back with one had and lift the gray piece with the other.
