I'm sure i'm not the first to come up with this but why don't we call the anons
"Edward Snowden" to screw with the NSA?

Hi
#59 to #1 - anon (07/11/2013) [-]
that would be a faggotry move. but hey you are wardd so what did I expect?

it's like the let's call anons meg. it wasn't funny just a big circle jerk.
#60 to #59 - wardd (07/11/2013) [-]
Calling anons meg was a great idea, people just killed the joke by saying shut up meg all the time
#2 to #1 - Kennyalways (07/10/2013) [-]
good idea, but a couple flaws

1) they would realize from the hundreds of "Edward Snowden"s posting at the same time

2) why would he go to a site like this? especially for something worth watching?

It would be a great way to show our support, even if it doesn't really help him
#4 to #3 - Kennyalways (07/10/2013) [-]
While there are plenty that supporrt him, im sure there is some here who dont, and it wouldnt be right to force them to support him or leave at a site about posting pictures and laughing. And what about people from foreign countries? why should they have to have some american only name? Its just things to consider when making people without a name represent a group

That also means that all US combat medics are guilty of treason. They're required to treat both sides.

sorry to break this to you bud, but you aren't important enough to be spied on. don't be so full of yourself.

oh no.
my feelings.
oh no.

#25 to #22 - orionthegreat (07/11/2013) [-]
However if you start emailing bomb makers in Yemen, making yearly trips to Pakistan, and join the Al Qaeda book club you too can be spied on 24/7!
User avatar #57 to #21 - kabizus (07/11/2013) [-]
Everyone's data gets collected. You don't have to be important now, but if you later become important then they'll use your data they've collected. The NSA has been doing spying since before 9/11 too so they've got some data. (Maybe not as much before 9/11 but they still spied on you.)
User avatar #76 to #57 - failtolawl (07/11/2013) [-]
do you understand how much ******* data will have to be collected, where does this get stored? No super computer on earth could possibly store all the data in the united states.
User avatar #78 to #76 - kabizus (07/16/2013) [-]
NSA is building a $1.7 billion dollar data center for this.
#23 - anon (07/11/2013) [-]
So whats the big deal happening now, we already gave them the ability to spy on most everything with the Patriot Act after 9/11. What's new?

If you type in Illuminati backwards on the address bar ( You need to login to view this link ofc) it will bring you to NSA . gov i am not ******** you
User avatar #35 to #33 - thedarkestrogue (07/11/2013) [-]
i doubt this very much.
#36 to #35 - ookichinchindesu (07/11/2013) [-]
I don't care if you believe me or not. Try typing it in.
User avatar #37 to #36 - thedarkestrogue (07/11/2013) [-]
i would but the last time i tried typing something in when someone told me to, i ended up on some site involving a nudist colony and children.
#38 to #37 - ookichinchindesu (07/11/2013) [-]
O.o I see. Well then I understand if you don't.
User avatar #39 to #38 - thedarkestrogue (07/11/2013) [-]

but it is just a site that redirect visitor to nsa site, and is owned by someone, not nsa
User avatar #55 to #33 - kabizus (07/11/2013) [-]
It doesn't mean anything, anyone can register a web domain such as *********** dot com and have it redirect you to another website.

That guy who blew the cover on this whole thing... everyone is calling him a ******* patriot and **** . This guy is not a patriot, he's a terrible person. He's a ******* asshole and idiot. The government was just trying to keep us safe but this guy ruined it and now everyone is over reacting to what the government did. I'm sorry that i'm not paranoid and think the world is out to get me... ******* nutcases. Calm down and get over yourself, you're not that important that they'd waste their time spying on you. This was supposed to protect us from terrorists and other things. If you have nothing to hide then there's no issue. I hope this guy is caught and thrown in prison for being a god damn traitor.
#69 to #68 - anon (07/11/2013) [-]
What if you have nothing to hide... but you really like sending nude pics over the Internet to your spouse?
#74 to #69 - anon (07/11/2013) [-]
Then there is no issue. What are you talking about? I promise you no one but your wife will see those pictures... there are MILLIONS of emails and phone calls made ever single day. Do you honestly believe they have the time or manpower to actually view all of these? They don't.
#70 to #68 - anon (07/11/2013) [-]
Government is just using wiretaps to protect us. Yet they get information from another country on a set of possible extremist brothers coming to our country and they manage to blow up boston... Moral of the story, NSA can listen to as many phone calls as they want and TSA can fist **** anyone they want but it comes down to the fact that you CAN NOT STOP IT!!
#73 to #70 - anon (07/11/2013) [-]
You're a ******* idiot. You can not stop every single ******* attack but you can LIMIT the amount of successful ones. If these groups weren't doing their jobs there would be more attacks.
#77 to #73 - anon (07/12/2013) [-]
Oh and I am sure you know that right? Sitting right up there on Uncle Sams lap, checkin da emails? You are THE biggest piece of **** out there. You get your liberties and freedoms taken away all in the name of "terrorism." When Uncle Sam comes and beats your mom and ***** your dog is it because they were protecting you? Get real dood and wake the **** up. 9/11 played out EXACTLY like Bin Laden wanted to... He wanted to take our freedom, now you need to wake the **** up and realize he has!

thats now the main reason im not gonna buy the xbox one
User avatar #56 to #28 - kabizus (07/11/2013) [-]
You're quite a dumb **** . You're on your computer typing this, and they're collecting data off of you. Especially through your web cam and microphone. Do you use skype? They spy on you too. So by saying your not gonna by the Xbox One because of the NSA, you're ignorant for not knowing you're always watched.
User avatar #34 to #28 - thedarkestrogue (07/11/2013) [-]
pssst the kinect isn't always on.

#30 to #28 - themanwithnoplan (07/11/2013) [-]
In what universe is it realistic and practical to use a Kinect to spy on people.

"Jassad, lets plan on our next terrorist strike"

"Not yet, Muhammad, we have to play Halo 7 for awhile"
