Snakes which have haemotoxic venom, such as rattlesnakes, would have this effect. The venom of elapids such as cobras and mambas is neurotoxic, working on the nervous system, and does not affect the blood in this way.

It's cow blood. With most snake venom, it makes human blood thinner, but something in cow blood makes it coagulate
