I'm a biker, and while some car drivers are despicable for not watching out for you, nothing upsets me more than some 'safe bikers'. I drive without using a light, but I always make sure I drive in such a manner cars don't need to see me. I anticipate, and know that if I get hit, it's my own bloody fault.

Then, half a year ago, I met this lady. Helmet, flashy fluo bands all over her bike, a strong light on the front and back, one of those flashy jackets that reflects light, everything about her bike was as illuminating as a small second sun.

Then the bitch crosses the entire street without looking, causing a chain reaction of brakes being slammed shut, me, as a biker, being one of them, cause she just stepped onto the biker's lane without even looking to her left. Luckily, nobody was injured, but many people got out of their car to yell at her, while she failed to understand how she had created a danger, seeing how she was 'perfectly visible'.

Bitch, you aint visible if you step from behind a parked van, directly onto a street with a lot of traffic without looking left or right.

The only way I will ever like bikers is either if they are off the road or and accelerate and maintain the same peed of every other car on the road.

Where as I agree that bikers can dicks... I'm pretty sure that that taxi driver was running a red light. Why else would two other cars be running the opposite way?

Totally agree, two weeks ago this bike guy was on the side of the road (ignoring unoccupied sidewalk) and he cuts in front of me, running a stop sign. I stop at stop sign, make a right, and he's in the the middle of the road, pedalling. I honk my horn, he contorts on his bike, give me a dirty look, and cuts across the other traffic lane. Then he almost gets hit by another car, and keeps on going his merry way.

I am not saying that you are wrong. But you do realize it is technically against the law for Bicyclers to ride on the side walk right? They are supposed to ride in the bike lane on the street. Just saying
