if this happened to me I'd be like " **** IT'S REAL"

and then immediately afterwards " **** IT'S THE REAL OZZY, THAT'S ******* AWESOME!"

Dio > Ozzy
Sabbath with Ozzy > Sabbath with Dio
User avatar #33 to #7 - suiker (05/18/2013) [-]
in fact, yes I do

I like Black Sabbath...I like Dio. I just didn't like them as much as when Ozzy was with Black Sabbath. I do like Dio when he went solo don't get me wrong. I do like Ozzy in general...and for those teens like me...no not because or Crazy Train. There is more Ozzy than that one ******* song.
User avatar #30 to #7 - rainbowrush ONLINE (05/18/2013) [-]
I prefer Dio almost solely because of Rainbow.

i would have to say lyrically dio was far superior in my opinion. the music that was produced during his years with Sabbath meant alot more to me than the music ozzy was involved in, im not saying ozzy`s era was crap- far from it. just that i thought dio was better as a whole.

R.I.P Ronnie, you metal god you....

I would definitely say that Dio was a better singer. But sabbath without ozzy isn't sabbath.
User avatar #10 to #7 - optimussum (05/18/2013) [-]
Ozzy was better in Sabbath but Dio had a better solo career
User avatar #36 to #10 - icecreamonnips (05/18/2013) [-]
rainbow was kickass

I didn't even know that opinion was possible...

Ah well, each to their own, I'mah go back to Mob Rules now.
User avatar #12 to #11 - optimussum (05/18/2013) [-]
I felt that Dio's Sabbath was more about Dio than Sabbath
User avatar #13 to #12 - opjoopie (05/18/2013) [-]
Haha, wow, that's kinda odd, I have the exact same thing, tho then completely the other way around. Dio kind of made a band out of it, where-as ozzy days where just about "oh look at ozzy and what he's gonna do!".

In my opinoin, in Dio days, it was like everything mattered, the drum fills, the guitar riffs and solo's, etc. Ozzy just seemed to be making it one big horror show along with a **** ton of effects. I have to say, "Is God Dead?" is an amazing new track, with really some sort of Dio vibe through it, but other then that, give me mob rules or heaven and hell over paranoid or master of reality any day..

But well, again, my opinion and just that..
User avatar #15 to #13 - optimussum (05/18/2013) [-]
Maybe it's because Ozzy was more Doom whereas Dio was more Heavy.

Or maybe it's because I'm English

No doubt about it, but they shouldn't have called it Black Sabbath... It just doesn't feel right...

If I was a celebrity who had a wax statue in a place like this then I'd go in, stand real still and when a woman comes to take a picture with me I'll ***** them and say: No one will ever believe you

I literally hate you for that comment. And you're a complete stranger. But yet, I feel like if I met you and found out that you just asked that question, I'd have to kill you.
