Comment #9. I mean, okay, Foxes are adorable as hell, but their "voices"? Seriously?

oh common, when i have three dogs with me, and then it tries to sound scary, no way
User avatar #23 to #22 - ljxjlos ONLINE (05/12/2013) [-]
I´m not saying it´s scary (if your mind is working perfectly at the moment you hear them), but I just can´t call the foxes scream cute. Well, opinions, I guess.
User avatar #24 to #23 - ilennablond ONLINE (05/12/2013) [-]
well true, but im kinda a used to them, so i dont really think about it anymore
User avatar #25 to #24 - ljxjlos ONLINE (05/12/2013) [-]
Yeah, we have foxes directly behind our house, so I´m kinda used to them too. sadly those don´t anyone pet them, tho.

once upon a time, when i still went turkey hunting regularly i was sitting in a bush with my turkey call hoping to get one before lunch. i suddenly hear something walking behind me. i turn and raise my shotgun. it was a juvenile red fox. it stopped and looked at me for a moment then walked over to me. it sniffed me and slowly walked away. from then on everytime i went into the fields it would pop up from the creek and sit with me. one day after not having been to the farm in about 2 months i went into the fields. it didnt come see me so i went to find it. i found its den and right at the entrance there it was. the broken bones scattered around. something killed my fox and tore it apart. pic related. only pic i have of it alive

It's just dog, not red dog
User avatar #85 to #84 - chaoscustoms (05/13/2013) [-]
Actually, from the looks of it. The dog in question appears to be an Akita.
User avatar #87 to #85 - demandsgayversion (05/13/2013) [-]
Yes, THAT dog is red, but the phrase doesn't use the word red.

And?

"The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog" is a pamalaphlamilam that uses every letter of the english language, and is often used to test keyboards and **** like that.

Here's a slightly feely story for you, guise.

My mother actually had a Fox for a long time, when she was young. She found it out in the woods, and it's mother had abandoned it and even bit it's tail off and left it for dead. Mom softly wrapped a towel around his cold, wet fur and kept it close to her chest to keep it warm.

As the Fox grew older, everyone was shocked about my mother's special pet. She took it out for walks, but he'd pull the leash so hard that he almost choked himself with the collar. Everyday mom came home from school she'd find her furry friend sitting right behind the door wagging his tail stump.

Although mom could pet him, he'd bite anyone else so hard that your hands would bleed, even if it was playing.
The fox was constantly happy, but as he started to ruin furniture, shoes and blankets my grandparents could not take it anymore. Mom loved the fox so much, but she unwillingly knew that it could not continue this way.

As the fox had been fed and taken care of by mom since it was a baby, it could not be set free because he would die if he was not taken care of. As she lived in a small town out in the country, there were no place for her to send the fox either. There was unfortunately only one way to take care of the problem.

She kept the fox for 3 years or so I believe, before she decided to have her fox put down by her father-in-law (my grandfather) who personally ran a fox farm. Mom despised granpa for his filthy way of earning money, but she thought it would be better to give her fox to him because he promised that he would be gentle with it before putting him out.

Mom is still saying today that letting the fox go out of her arms was one of the hardest moments in her entire life, if not the hardest one.

Unfortunately guys, fox do not make very good pets. But you'd still love it, very, very much.

I want to domesticate a fox, and get a huskie. So then when I'm outside with them it looks like I'm travelling with a fox and wolf

I'd recomend a Wolf-dog or a Wolamut if they are legal where you live, both of them are half-wolf.
