You are not missing much. After Benoit off'd himself, the WWE has gone to ****. The beginning of the ECW revival was good, as was CM Punk walking out of the company (legitly) with the WWE Championship. But of course, Rock and Cena had to **** up Punk's year long run.

Punk is basically Stone Cold, without beer. He is great in the ring, on the mic, even at commentary. *insert the rest of the promo speech here - www.youtube.com/watch?v=2OS9wZGb_3g *
Undertaker is 21-0 at Wrestlemania. Made Shawn retire at 25 I think. And everyone knows that Cena will face him next year.
Cena is pretty much Hogan 2.0. No new gimmick since '05. Hated by all but those who sink money into every new shirt he comes out with, which is a new one a month. If the kids weren't flocking to him, he would be a heel in no time.
But they are bringing in some good talent. Daniel Bryan is a great indy guy, Antonio Cesaro, Dolph Ziggler, Wade Barrett, Dean Ambrose, and recently signed but more than likely to be re-gimmicked(which is ********) El Generico.
They have the talent, just not the writers.

Its body control. Thats what people don't get about so many martial arts moves, this is a training technique that teaches you to control your body and momentum so that you can turn a missed kick into a second kick, so you keep going instead of kicking and missing and being ******.

Exactly. Like Aikido (which I study) everything you learn before blue belt is training technique, meant to teach you the basics and build your body so you can handle the actual combat technique.
